PM2 Monitor - The PM2 is the standard performance monitor (the brains) of the Concept2 Indoor Rower. It turns on automatically to give you immediate detailed feedback on each stroke that you take. You can measure your progress in distance traveled, pace, watts, time rowed, or calories burned. You'll be able to watch your average speed increase as your strength and stamina improve.
