This makes for a chair that from every angle is visually undemanding, while still featuring all the adjustability HAG chairs are known.

'Keep It Simple' is a philosophy that creative people often aspire to live up to. The aim is to improve through simplification, and the HAG Futu adheres to the same philosophy. We wanted to develop a chair that was comprehensively designed to harmonize with its surroundings. It is elegant, easy to use and suits both large office landscapes and single occupant offices.

HÅG Futu made its global preview in June at NeoCon 2008 in Chicago. Order entry for product will be 4th quarter 2008 with shipments in 1st quarter 2009.

FutuKnit - fabric and color choices Stable fabric elasticity and firm design FutuKnit is a fabric especially designed for the HAG Futu precisely shaped and fitted for the back support and seat cushion. The 3D knitted fabric adjusts itself to the curvature of the body. It provides higher seating comfort through soft upholstery with no foam and no unnecessary seams and good resilient elasticity.

HAG inBalance Even with a strong focus on design, we will never compromise when it comes to usability. The clean smooth design conceals an intelligent integrated seat mechanism, called HAG inBalance. The technology meets all our strict requirements concerning comfort, balance and movement. It provides the user with uniquely simple means for setting of the tilt tension, both forwards and backwards, and ensures that the tilt comes to a stop discreetly and comfortably.

The seat depth can be adjusted very easily and those who may still want to adjust the tilt tension can do this in a far easier and more exclusive manner than before. Instead of having to turn a knob numerous times, the chair is adjusted with the aid of five-step push/pull button - which requires very little force.
