CONSTRUCTION
Only hardwood frames combined with 11-16ga. Tubular and Plate steel are used in the structural portions of the unit frames. Bolts, not screws, add to the connectors. Tubular steel with nylon webbing surrounded in 1.8 density foam combined to one inch of “MX-2” 2.5lb memory foam is added to our 50 series models (ex: #53, #57, etc…) at the top of seat, backs and arms. All this combines to give you support and comfort throughout the entire area one’s body touches. Lower and upper lumbar support is designed individually to compliment the chair model chosen.
MOVEMENT
Total adjustment multiple position recline creates a “stop anywhere” approach to help you find that personalized comfort level. Easy twist knob control makes the tension adjustment a mere turn of the handle. While reclining, the back of the seat will elevate to bring the proper position for leg and lower back support.
