Gentle Inversion Therapy at only 15° Inclination -- Exclusively with Mastercare Inversion Tables ----

Due to Mastercare Inversion Tables moving backrest with an inclination of 15°, the traction force is big enough to effect a structural change at the spinal segment, because this moving backrest eliminates friction. The moving backrest also permits therapeutic exercises to relieve pressure on the joints and realign the pelvis with a few simple stretching movements increasing mobility. Obtain relaxation, decreasing of pain and muscle spasm, increase mobility, increase circulation and nutrition towards discs and joints, postural correction and re-alignment of pelvic and spine, increasing muscle balance and power in an unloaded position.

Thanks to the mild 15° inclination the muscles don’t feel “threatened” and therefore they will eventually “give in” to be stretched and re-aligned. At greater inclinations the muscles will feel “threatened” and start to protect themselves and counteract and thus you won’t attain the same results.

Mastercare Model A & B offers 15° & 30° inclination, but we recommend to stay in 15° for best results. We kept 30° because some users still might want to incline further and this is still a safe position. MasterCare Mini offers 15° inclination only.
