The total range of motion of your legs when pedaling is 7 inches. The Short Stroke uses a specially designed belt driven system that allows you to pedal forward or in reverse and experience the same resistance in either direction. An LCD displays a number of functions, including time, distance, speed, and calories.
This is great for people looking to gain better balance and build strength, or for people recovering from a leg or hip injury who need an exercise system with a short range of motion. Of course, always check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program or using any new piece of equipment. The minimum height requirement for using the Short Stroke Mini Bike is at least 4 foot, 8 inches tall. Mimimal assembly required.
