Risedale is a discreet seat-lift chair that looks like an attractive wing chair – not a lift chair. Only the seat cushion lifts on Risedale… the whole chair does not come off the ground and hover in the air as do most lift chairs! In fact, if you take the Power Lever off the Risedale, you’d never know it was anything but a beautiful piece of furniture!

Please Note: Unlike most lift chairs the lovely Risedale does not recline, instead it offers the feature most desired -- a lift seat. The patented LevelLift uses a flexible seat designed to move upa and down on a level lifing plane, avoiding dumping action.
For the convenience of shorter than 5'1" , the Risedale chair features custom, height-adjustable legs that will lower the chair 1.5" as needed. The extensions are easily removed using the hex key included with chair.
