Please Note: Our customers love the intensity & adjustability of the ShoulderFlex® massager - however some time and experimentation is necessary to create your optimal massage -- please take the time to view accompanying instructional DVD and to adjust the massage fingers to your specific needs. The unique design of the ShoulderFlex® massager allows user to change the location and depth of the massage fingers. These massage finger settings are performed manually by opening the massager's bottom cover and simply screwing massage "fingers" into preset holes with or without accompanying spacers which determine the depth of massage.
The massage finger settings will be unique to your comfort and anatomy. The settings you create for neck massage will be different than the ones for shoulder massage etc. Be patient, each change of massage finger settings will take a minute
