The opening of the Swopper base ring should face forward, legs should be uncrossed with both feet flat on the floor and knees at a 90-degree angle. Sit on the Swopper and it will then automatically put your back in the correct posture. Start with short sitting sessions to adapt slowly to the therapeutic value of "sitting in motion".
